GENERAL:

1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.

3. Shipping fees, which are the product shipping costs, shall be paid by the buyers.

4. Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, along with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing of this situation within 3 days from the date of learning about it. The total price must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

8. After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer paid was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping expenses to be borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If force majeure events occur that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the Buyer is notified of the situation. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if they made the payment in cash, this fee is paid to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is returned to the bank again within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. The buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; they will not receive damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc., from the cargo company. The received goods/services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The BUYER; may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, provided that they notify the SELLER via the contact information below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

13. If what the buyer purchased is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. In service contracts where the execution of the service has begun with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The notification regarding the right of withdrawal has been presented to the Buyer in the Distance Contracts and Cancellation Conditions, and the Buyer places the order knowing the Withdrawal conditions.

14. The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.

15. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to provide a written notification to the SELLER by registered mail with return receipt, fax, e-mail, or the method notified by the SELLER within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" regulated in this contract.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16. The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

17. The return form, the box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, of the products to be returned must be delivered completely and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents putting the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within at most 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to take back the goods within 20 days.

19. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods for a reason caused by the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages at the rate of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations occurring due to the proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.

20. If the campaign limit amount arranged by the SELLER is fallen below due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized within the scope of the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:

21. According to the Regulation, it is not possible to return goods prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or explicitly personal needs and which are not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, single-use products, goods that are in danger of quick deterioration or likely to pass their expiration date, products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Furthermore, it is not possible according to the Regulation to exercise the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.

22. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untried, intact, and unused in order to be returned.

23. According to the distance contracts regulation below; products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

• Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

• Contracts regarding the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or pass their expiration date.

• Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.

• Contracts regarding goods that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature.

• Contracts regarding books, digital content, and computer consumables provided in a material medium if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.

• Contracts regarding accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the use of leisure time for entertainment or resting purposes, which must be performed on a specific date or within a specific period.

• Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

DEFAULT STATE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

24. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they default on payment transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; it may demand the expenses and attorney fees to arise from the BUYER, and under all circumstances, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER accepts to pay the SELLER's damage and loss suffered due to the delayed performance of the debt.
